Accommodation
La Paz sleeps 6 comfortably. Originally a 2 room cottage, rooms
have been added on over time. Now there are three bedrooms
all with en-suite shower rooms. The two downstairs bedrooms
have twin beds; the third room is the original upstairs room of
the house and, with families in mind has a double bed, a single
bed with a second bed beneath and Z-bed available. There are bedside
lights, clock/radios and simple but ample space for clothes etc.
The salon is the original downstairs room and has easy chairs
and a sofa. There is a small satellite TV + video and DVD player
and a good supply of books, maps, videos, and games. A new
wood burner stove has been added which provides a cosy focus on
cooler autumn and spring evenings (although there are also
gas and electric heaters if you need them). |

| The farmhouse kitchen
has a gas hob, fridge freezer and microwave with grill and oven;
kettle, toaster and an ample supply of pots, pans and other kitchen
utensils, the dining table seats 6. |

| Of course you may want to
eat many of your meals outside on the sunny terrace or in hot
weather on the shady patio and there is a gas barbecue with
this in mind. There is electricity and hot and cold mains water
throughout. From the salon and kitchen doors lead to the patio
and from there a short flight of steps down to the sombre y sol
terrace, well sheltered by the drive wall and the garage,
but overlooking olive groves on the slopes opposite. Pool now
finished. |

| If you would like the house
to be cleaned during your stay then there will be a small extra
charge for this. All linen and towels are supplied and the
beds have duvets for winter or sheets and blankets for summer.
Because we use the house ourselves throughout the year there is
always a good stock of non-perishables including seasoning, condiments
etc., which you are free to use - we just ask that what you use
up you replace with something similar. |
